Do you project manage your designs when they go into build?
No, we don’t offer project management however if you choose our ‘Pro’ package we make periodic visits to site during the build to see how everything is going
How long does the design process typically take?
Our standard design process takes about 7-10 days, depending on project complexity and size.
Do you offer on-site consultations?
Yes, we offer both in-home and showroom consultations to discuss your project needs. Showroom consultations are by appointment only at the moment, so please call to book ahead of your visit.
Can I make changes to the initial design concept?
Absolutely. We encourage feedback and offer unlimited design tweaks at no extra cost.
Do you provide 3D visualisations of the designs?
Yes, we create stunning 4K images and HD walkthrough videos of your proposed garden design.
What’s included in your materials estimate?
Our estimate includes a comprehensive list of required materials and their approximate costs.
Do you handle the landscaping as well?
No. We focus on the garden design but can recommend trusted landscapers and assist with quote sourcing. We can also be on hand to work with them to iron out any potential issues with the design and ensure the finished project meets your vision.
Can I view samples of materials before deciding?
Yes, our showroom displays a wide range of luxury furniture samples and accessories. Please book ahead, as visiting our showroom is by appointment only at the moment.
Do you offer planting plans?
We work with a specialist horticulturalist to provide basic planting schemes with all our designs. We can arrange more detailed plans if needed.
What’s the difference between your Design-only and Pro packages?
Our ‘Design-only’ package does what it says. Following an initial consultation and site visit, we’ll design your garden and provide concepts for approval, which you can make unlimited tweaks to until you’re happy. Once approved, we’ll also provide a materials estimate list and basic planting scheme for you to give to your landscaper to work from.
Our Pro package includes everything in our Design-Only package, along with additional services like HD video presentations, detailed materials planning, liaising with your landscaper and site visits during construction.
